This directory is designed to publish facility facts, not personal contact records.
Directory data
Facility names, FEIs, registration status, city, state, ZIP, map locations, websites, and source hours may come from the FDA Blood Establishment Registration database and OpenStreetMap. Direct business contact details are not placed in anonymous page data; where reviewed contact information is available, access requires a verified sign-in. We deliberately exclude FDA reporting-official names, personal email addresses, personal phone numbers, and mailing addresses.
Visitor and technical data
Our hosting and security providers process ordinary request data such as IP address, browser information, requested page, and time so the site can be delivered and protected from abuse. The platform may keep aggregate traffic and action counts. We do not sell visitor information or run an advertising-tracking network.
Outbound links
Links to an operator, FDA, OpenStreetMap, or directions provider open services governed by their own privacy policies. You can browse the directory without granting browser geolocation permission.
Corrections
A facility record is a starting point for confirmation. If a public-source record is wrong, update the linked OpenStreetMap record where applicable or use the FDA search to identify the official registration record. A dedicated operator claim and correction channel will be added before the directory is opened to search indexing.
